Long enough to fix your technique, find your real working weights, and run a full block start to finish. You'll leave knowing what your body responds to.
Nothing loads until you press play.
No crash diets. No intense cardio. True 1:1 coaching — a small roster, a program built around your actual week, and a partner who stays in it with you.
You're not getting a stagnant PDF and meal plan. You're investing in an evolving partnership. Every plan includes every program I release — we choose the right one together once we start, and we change it when your life changes. Because it will.
Long enough to fix your technique, find your real working weights, and run a full block start to finish. You'll leave knowing what your body responds to.
Multiple phases, run in sequence, with the adjustments that only show up once we've worked together a while. This is where a body actually changes — and where it holds.
A full year, which means we train through all of it: the holidays, the vacations, the work stretch that eats your evenings, the week you tweak your back. That's the point. You don't just get a program. You get the template for living.
Direct line to my phone. Anything, any day — I answer within 24 hours, usually much faster.
Pain points, adjustments, nutrition, and whatever's coming at you in life that we need to train around.
Where your composition actually is. Macro adjustments, measurements, progress photos.
What changes in the next block and why, what I expect out of it, and how the last one went.
When these land on the same week they become one hour and we cover all of it — so you're never on two calls in five days. On a 6-month plan or longer, a program change adds a full hour to rebuild the plan around where you've gotten to.
Pricing is talked through on the call — after I understand what you actually need.
I keep my client base small on purpose. 1:1 has to mean 1:1 — not a group chat with a template dropped in it. That means I can only take a few people at a time, and it means the qualification call is as much me picking you as it is you picking me. I'm not looking to babysit someone who thinks hiring a coach is the same as doing the work.
Same principles, different footprints. The 3-day is live now; the 4- and 5-day are being stress-tested, refined, and built. Everyone on the roster gets every program, including the ones I haven't released yet — we pick the one that fits the week you actually have, and we switch when that week changes.
Two six-week phases. Laying the Foundation builds your base — technique, working weights, real strength on the movements that matter. Building the House turns that base into size. Every session hits everything, so a missed day never costs you a muscle group.
I'm dialing this one in as we speak. I don't put anything out there that I haven't run myself, multiple times. Every program is tested and scrutinized by me, under the bar, before it ever reaches you.
Same rule. It gets released when it's been run, broken, fixed, and run again — not when it would be convenient to sell it.
Every program lives in an app — every set, rep, weight and rest logged as you go, so you're never guessing what you lifted last week. Printable if you'd rather have paper. Guessing doesn't work.
An elite body isn't one thing done well — it's four, and none of them hold without the base underneath. Below the pillars: the exact loop we run to get you there.
Nothing here is guesswork. We estimate, we measure against real results, and then we either hold the line or adjust — and run it again.
Every pillar, explained. Nothing loads until you press play.
I started lifting in 2012 to get better at sports. It worked. I played D1 football and rugby at the United States Air Force Academy — inside linebacker and tight end on the field, wing on the pitch. (If you know anything about rugby: yes, I was an oversized wing. It worked.)
Then I graduated in 2020, into COVID, and nobody was writing my program anymore. For four years a D1 strength coach had built every session I did. Suddenly that was on me. So I went looking. I've run more than fifty programs from coaches across the field — some excellent, most of them written for someone with no job and no life.
What survived became Life-Proof Lifting. Today I'm 225 lb at 9.3% body fat, DEXA confirmed, and I've held it for years. I also work a full-time 9-to-5, have a long-term partner, drink on weekends, and eat out. I don't live in the gym. The body isn't what you get for sacrificing the life. It's what you get from a program that assumes the life.
Straight with you I'm not a certified trainer or a registered dietitian. What I have is fourteen years under the bar, four of them programmed by a D1 strength coach, fifty-plus programs run and dissected since, and a physique I've held while living a normal life. If you want letters after a name, I'm not your guy. If you want someone who has actually done it in the conditions you're living in, let's talk.
I'm new to the formal coaching game. I am not new to lifting. Fourteen years under the bar, four of them programmed by a D1 strength coach, fifty-plus programs run and taken apart since, and a body I've held at 225 and sub-10% while working a 9-to-5.
So this section is empty. It stays empty until it's true. I will never falsify a client win — not one number, not one quote, not one photo. The whole reason people don't trust online coaches is that the industry made lying the default. I'm not paying that price to look established a few months sooner.
I'm looking for the people who fill these slots. If you're ready to put the work in, one of them is yours.
Whatever they turn out to be, they'll be the real ones.
In your voice. I won't be writing them for you.
Only if you want them up here. Your call, always.
The whole list — the gear in my bag and the supplements I take. Plain links, no affiliate codes, no commission. Nothing here is on the list because someone paid for the slot.
Not a lifting belt — an actual seat belt that goes around your legs. I use it every leg day to lock my thighs down to the pad so nothing shifts and I get the best contraction possible. I know how it sounds. Don't knock it till you try it.
Thirty minutes. We go through your training, your schedule, and what's actually in your gym — and we both decide whether this is a partnership worth starting.
